Candidate assessment and automation platform

We built a bespoke assessment and automation platform for recruitment company AM2PM. Candidates take assessments with automatic grading and PDF reports, and the results are pushed into AM2PM's niche-specific CRM. Reminders, follow-ups and status updates run automatically behind a branded candidate experience. Recruiters build their own questionnaires and send assessments from the platform.

A Chrome extension called Wotsit

Their CRM couldn't bulk-update records, so changing thousands of candidates' locations could take weeks. Recruiters now update all of them in minutes with our extension, lovingly titled "Wotsit".

E-sign built into the CRM

Off-the-shelf e-sign tools couldn't integrate with the CRM, so we built one. Templates, signature fields and bulk sending, with each signed document added back to the candidate's record.

Leo Associates [EXHIBITIONS]

Exhibition project management platform

Leo Associates build exhibitions for lots of different companies. We built them one system for the whole job. AI turns a client brief into an initial stand design, so the team has a concept to show on day one. Clients review proposals and track their own projects through a dedicated portal.

KYC and compliance audit platform

Crystal already had a system for their deals but wanted to be sure the right actions were being carried out. We built a system that pulls each deal from their CRM, checks it against compliance rules and produces a report for the relevant person to audit. Checks cover KYC documentation, directorships, shareholders and regulatory requirements. Reviewers pick the applicable areas and download the PDF to add to the deal.

AI carbon literacy assessment

ClimateEQ uses AI to score carbon literacy pledges against the assessor's criteria. It drafts feedback and flags gaps for a reviewer, who can adjust the result before it's shared with the learner.
