What should I send you first?
An example of the work you want to improve. A spreadsheet or a few screenshots are useful, along with a short explanation of who does the job and where it gets held up. Remove personal or confidential information from an initial enquiry.
Who will I work with?
Phil looks after the client side and Alex leads development. You agree scope and delivery with them, and the rest of our team builds alongside them.
Can you work on software we already have?
Yes. We can review an existing app or an AI-built prototype and tell you what needs fixing. We'll look at the code and how people use it before recommending changes.
How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope and which systems we need to connect. Send us an example and Phil or Alex will reply in writing within two working days, with an indicative price and timescale if we can work them out upfront.
What happens after launch?
Before launch we agree who hosts and maintains the software, how you report a problem and how we handle changes.
How is Vu Agency connected to Raq.com?
Vu Agency builds and runs Raq.com, a workspace for teams and AI agents. We also build Custom Modules for businesses that need their own workflow inside Raq.com.
